Financial policies and information: Boulder Surgery Center recognizes health insurance terminology can be confusing for patients and family.  This section is for information purposes only and is not to be considered insurance advice—for specific questions, patients should contact their insurance carrier.  When the staff from Boulder Surgery Center contacted you to confirm your appointment, they discussed the financial aspect of the surgery including the patient payment required at the time of service and/or before a patient arrives at Boulder Surgery Center.  We have a convenient online bill pay system to assist in developing a payment plan.   Please bring a credit card or other method of payment with you to your surgical appointment.
